Tips for Building the Habit

  1. Start small - You don't need to track everything on day one. Start with meals, then add exercise and sleep as you get comfortable.
  2. Be natural - Write like you're texting a friend. Our AI understands casual language.
  3. Check your weekly summary - Every Sunday, you'll get a summary of your week. This is where the magic happens.
